Today after lunch, i had this pain in my stomach. More like those needle pinching (masuk angin type)... i dunno why. I will always get this sort of pain. I have asked my doctor before, wats that pain relate to. He told me, that i was too hungry & that could be the gastritis pain. Well, quite true also...since i have the history of gastric problem. The doc advised me to take my meals more frequent, like every 2 or 3 hrs...light meals, of coz. :P
So, after lunch today...i dun have much mood to work since the pain is quite strong. Want to lie down, no place to do so. Want to sit & do nothing, quite weird since i am in the office. So, the most i could do was jz sit & put my head on the table while the other 2 hands squeezed my stomach. The pain was persistent. For abt 15 mins i kept to my position, then it slowly subsided. I felt a slight relieved after that.
Then, in the evening, when i was about to go to the gym, the pain came bck again. This time not as painful as in the afternoon. Anyway, i managed to gulp down 1 big glass of "HL" low fat milk to keep my stomach full before my workout. If i were to take any food, it should be 2 hours before i start my workout. So, i have no choice, the fastest solution was, a glass of milk.
After a strenous workout this evening, i felt so damn hungry. Stomach growling and pain started to come bck. So, what the doc said was true...mebbe i was toooo hungry until my stomach couldn't take it, that's why it started to give me the gastric pain again.
I then rushed to have my dinner in the same building as my gym centre. I had Ipoh Horfun. Love the taste & the soup. Yummy!!! I ate quite slow coz i do not want to binge. Eating too fast is no good.
Thank goodness now the pain has gone & i could continue with this blog writing. Well, i better get going now. Been back since an hour ago, but was too lazy to bathe. hahaha...bathing time.....

dun forget prepare you snack in your working place, when feel hungry then can eat lor..
