arrgghhh...my knee ached

I had this problem when i was in secondary school. It just come & go. Maybe last time due to my TaeKwonDo (TKD) practice.



This evening when i was in gym struggling on the treadmill, suddenly i felt a pitch on my left knee. The pain reminds me of what i had experienced it 14 years ago. My!!! I told myself, dun tell me that i am going to get this knee ache again!



But it is true...no doubt. The seconds when i realised it, i cant go on with my jog anymore. I had to take some rest. My trainer came to me & asked me why. I told him what had happened. He advised me to get some rest. No gym for this week. Arrgh!



My trainer, Mr K, advised me to get a gel pack (cooling feeling) for my knee injury. According to him, i shouldn't go and massage the area as it will worsen. It is actually a small muscle torn at my knee area. Huh? Sounds serious eh...? But anyway, i took his advice and head to the pharmacy to get the gel pack. Hoping that the gelpack will work some miracles on my knee.



Now i am sitting on my chair, typing this blog with the gelpack sticked on my left knee. The cooling feeling is so soothing and really makes my pain less painful.



Well, i hope that within these few days the pain will go off & i could start back my gym training within this week....
